Shows Dmitri Shastakovich at the piano.  R.3: Soviet delegates depart for the Moscow Peace Conference and meet delegates from Bulgaria, Rumania, England, Africa and Italy.  Shows Soviet writers and academicians Aleksandr Fadeev, Konstantin Simonov, and Trofim Lysenko.  Writer, Nikoli Tikhanov addresses the conference.  R.4. Delegates from Africa, Great Britain, China and East Europe address the conference.
